Responsibility: Why Knot Adventures is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, however caused, or for any costs of accommodations and associated services caused by weather, transportation problems and other events beyond Why Knot Adventures’ control. Although, Why Knot Adventures is working hard to ensure the greatest comfort and safety possible for their guests, there are significant elements of risks. Rafting trips, and some fishing adventures available for booking, are physically demanding expedition character trips in the remote Alaskan wilderness that may require active physical participation, such as shoving off a hidden sand bar, and other activities from its participants! In addition, some personal expectations, certain amenities, and specific individual needs may not be practical to be met or realized in the environment it takes place.  While we make every attempt to have all the items we promise for any particular trip, due to operations and the logistics of operating in remote areas of Alaska, some services may be subject to change without notice. Such changes may be due to reasons related to, but are not limited to, unpredictable weather and events, safety, transportation, and equipment failure. Please be aware that you must read, complete, and agree by signature with all documents supplied.
